RETURN POLICY

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

    • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at loffitaashop@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
